Project RoboPrax

Project RoboPraX

RoboPraX aims to create a new qualification framework that enables learning via media using tools and media that have been specifically developed for this purpose. Humanoid robots, utilities and development environments available for their development serve as the basis for this new path.

RoboPraX, with its so-called "Robotikum", is designed to cautiously introduce students and teachers to problem-solving strategies that are required for robot development in an appropriate way for the target group, to develop these strategies further, and thus to create new forms of algorithmic thinking.

As an introduction to the topic, the MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) "RoboBase" is provided, which as a side effect also promotes self-directed learning as part of RoboPraX. At the end of the project, carefully evaluated, innovative didactic concepts will be developed.

After the final evaluation, the gained knowledge will be compiled so that the learning modules of RoboPraX can be used in regular lessons. For this purpose, implementation proposals are made, which will be available at the end of the project as carefully evaluated recommendations for a curricular integration in digital and analog form (book form).
